Your design consultation
What can I expect in my in-home estimate?
We’ll start with an in-home estimate, sending a design consultant to your home to review various products, features, benefits, and installation methods. By the time your consultation is complete, you’ll have clarity on the choices that best fit your goals and budget.
I have no idea what I want or what’s possible with my budget. Does American Vision Baths offer design assistance?
Yes! During your in-home estimate, you can lean on the expertise of your design consultant to guide your selections. We’ll make it easy-peasy to understand the process and pinpoint your best options.
Do you offer virtual consultations instead of the in-home estimate?
Yes, we do. While in-home estimates help ensure you have the best outcome, we do offer virtual consultations when it’s not possible to connect in person.
What safety precautions do you observe due to COVID-19?
Each time we enter your home, we take great care to keep you and your family safe. Our associates wear masks, gloves, booties, and maintain a safe distance at all times.
You’ve made your selection. What next?
What happens after I’ve made my choice?
Once you’ve made your selection, we write your work order and schedule your final measurement appointment. During this appointment, a specialist comes to your home to confirm your choices, measurements, hardware, and all that needs to happen for a successful installation. Our intent is to clarify expectations and prevent any miscommunication or mix-up.
You sign off, and we order your products from the manufacturer.
What’s the status on my order? It’s been a while since our last update.
It can take a few weeks for manufacturers to complete your product, particularly in light of pandemic procedures.
You may not hear from us during this time, but rest assured we’re keeping a watchful eye on your order. We’ll schedule your install as soon as your materials are ready.
Delivering your order
What can I expect on installation day?
Our technicians are trained to work quickly and systematically to deliver a perfect install. Some installations can be loud and messy, but we’ll leave your home as clean as we found it.
We’ll also continue to follow safety measures, including protective gear and social distancing.
Your technician will let you know when to expect completion. Generally speaking, our installs are completed in a day or two.
What level of support is available after my installation is complete?
Our commitment to top-notch service doesn’t end with installation! Our in-house service team is eager to assist you with any issues that arise with your product, installation, or manufacturer.
We prioritize your satisfaction and work hard to ensure you have a “wow” experience, even after we’re gone.
